TUALATIN, Ore. — Authorities are investigating after a body was found floating in the Tualatin River near Brown’s Ferry Park on Sunday afternoon, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
The discovery was reported shortly after 2 p.m., when paddleboarders in the area spotted the body and called 911.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene including the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, Tualatin Police Department, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Members of the Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium and the Sheriff’s Office Dive Team were able to quickly recover the victim, officials said in a press release.
