According to an exchange filing, the company is hit by multiple resignations. In an exchange filing on Sunday (September 28). The company informed that three independent directors have resigned together. The three independent directors who have resigned are Seema Bahuguna , Naveen Bhushan Gupta and PV Bharathi.
