Wednesday October 01 will be a big day for us at Quinte Broadcasting. We, in conjunction with other local radio stations, will be hosting the 6th annual Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon to benefit the Children’s Foundation. Last year the radiothon raised over $70,000 for the Foundation which provides sports, arts, and recreation programming, including summer camps for children from families of limited means. The Foundation also provides skills training, supplies for babies and scholarships and bursaries to help with post-secondary education.
