New Delhi : A fresh political storm has erupted in Tamil Nadu after posters demanding the arrest of actor-turned-politician Vijay appeared across Karur on Monday.

The posters, reportedly linked to the Tamil Nadu Students Union, accused the TVK leader of being responsible for the deaths in the stampede at his election rally on Saturday (September 27). Some of the posters, which were swiftly taken down, portrayed Vijay with bloodstained hands.
