Doctors are typically known for their composure in the operating room, where even a minor mistake can have serious consequences. However, a Saudi Arabia–based plastic surgeon, Dr Maher Alahdab, is now drawing attention for a very different reason. A video shows him storming out of the operating room in anger.

At first, viewers were unsure what had triggered his reaction before the surgery. It was later revealed that the patient on the table was wearing false eyelashes, which the doctor noticed just seconds before starting the procedure. In the video, the doctor shows his anger by removing his surgical gown and forcefully opening the operating room door. He is also heard saying, “I can’t do this case, I’m very sorry."
