After 45 years, the business law firm Burns, Figa & Will will dissolve at the end of the week.

Burns, Figa & Will’s attorneys will go in different directions. Six are joining the Denver office of Clark Hill, an international firm. Five have left to start the Cherry Creek office of Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall, a regional firm. One is joining Childs McCune Michalek.
