Three friends in China tried to avoid breaking drunk driving laws in an unusual way. After drinking, they decided to push their car about 500 meters toward a repair shop instead of driving it, thinking this would keep them on the right side of the law. A passerby, Ms Lei, noticed the trio struggling, with one man holding the steering wheel from outside while the other two pushed the vehicle. This incident happened in June this year. The effort was even captured on CCTV and shared widely online, attracting attention for its creativity.

However, their attempt to stay legal did not go as smoothly as planned. While they technically avoided drunk driving, the way they pushed the car on public roads violated other traffic rules and created a dangerous situation for themselves and other road use
