Tata Motors subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover said on Monday that it is restarting operations at its manufacturing facilities in a phased manner.

“As the controlled, phased restart of our operations continues, we are taking further steps towards our recovery and the return to manufacture of our world-class vehicles,” a Jaguar Land Rover spokesperson said.

Jaguar Land Rover has been impacted by a powerful cyber attack on August 31 at its factories in the UK as well as facilities in India, Slovakia and China. The cyber attack resulted in a prolonged shutdown, with many reporting cash flow issues and reduced staff hours.
