Sirens could be heard along Steinbach's Main Street around 4:50 am Monday, as local firefighters and RCMP were called to the Esso Gasbar along Hwy 52 west.

A dumpster fire on the property was quickly extinguished. Traffic was not affected. Fire was out within half an hour.
