BUFFALO BILLS star Josh Allen arrived with a very special cap on ahead of Sunday's victory over the New Orleans Saints.

The Bills defeated Saints 31-19 at the Highmark Stadium to extend their perfect unbeaten record to four games.

But Allen , 29, went viral before the match when he was spotted with a very unique headgear.

The quarterback donned a white cap that included drawings as well as the word 'MVP' written on it.

It was later revealed by ESPN's NFL insider Adam Schefter that Allen was wearing another custom New Era Cap hat.

And it was a very special edition as it was designed by a patient at Buffalo’s Oishei Children’s Hospital.

The specific design will be auctioned off to support the Patricia Allen Fund.
