Police released a surveillance photo of a hit-and-run vehicle that struck and killed a grandmother in Philadelphia's Overbrook section.

The crash occurred on Friday, Sept. 26, at 5:20 p.m. at the intersection of 54th Street and Lancaster Avenue.

Family members said 77-year-old Dorothea Cathell was walking back from ShopRite with a cart full of Halloween decorations when she was struck by a black Infiniti with a Delaware paper tag that was traveling eastbound on Lancaster Avenue.
