LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) - The WSMV4 Surprise Squad went to Wilson County to shine a light on a shelter that has become a sanctuary for both pets and people.
This month’s blessing focused on a Midstate woman who is working to improve the lives of animals and the lives of the people who work alongside her every day.
“Good boy, Thrive. Good boy... good boy,” said Angela Chapman as she introduced WSMV4’s Holly Thompson to Thrive, a 7-year-old beagle surrendered by his owner. He, along with dozens of other fur baby buddies, is waiting to be adopted.
Chapman is the Director of New Leash on Life - home of the Joy Clinic in Lebanon.
