Jam Miller was ready.

Donning extra padding across his chest, protecting his collarbone from further injury which kept him out of the first three games of the 2025 season, the Alabama football running back was ready to be hit, ready for the brunt of force he was going to see from the Georgia defensive front.

“I was ready to hit somebody, just make contact with somebody,” Miller said. “Once I ain’t felt nothing, I was ready.”

Miller returned to his bellcow back duties against the Bulldogs in Alabama's 24-21 win . He played 50 of the team’s 79 total snaps. He had 16 carries for 46 yards, while adding three receptions on three targets for 19 yards.
