EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (KNOE) - Malik Nabers, the former LSU wide receiver who became one of the New York Giants’ top playmakers, will miss the remainder of the season with a torn right ACL, according to an MRI on Monday reported by NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Nabers went down in the second quarter of Sunday’s 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Chargers when his right knee buckled while leaping for a deep pass from quarterback Jaxson Dart. He was carted off the field after grabbing his knee and did not return.

The injury halts a strong start to Nabers’ NFL season.

Drafted sixth overall in 2024 after a record-setting career at LSU, he quickly established himself as one of New York’s primary offensive threats.
