BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A Critical Missing Person Alert has been issued by the Birmingham Police Department for a 76-year-old man.

Birmingham Police say Harold Clinton Gragg was last seen Sept. 28 near 4th Avenue South. According to police, Gragg told someone, “I’ll see you later!” and left in unknown direction.

Gragg is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has gray eyes and red hair, and police say he was last seen wearing blue jeans, a long sleeve blue strip shirt with a white shirt underneath, and black boots.
