Hyderabad: Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA), in separate cases, imposed penalties against three Hyderabad-based realtors and developers.

In the first case, TGRERA Chairman N Satyanarayana responded to the complaint lodged by Sumit Kumar Soni and Ranjana Bansal (Gachibowli) against Jayathri Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, Kukatpally and imposed a penalty of Rs 18.35 lakh on the construction company for selling and marketing flats of ‘Sky Exotica’ without registering the commercial project as per the RERA A
