OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Crews with the Omaha Fire Department quickly put out a house fire on Saturday.
Firefighters were called to to the blaze in a home near 37th and Ida streets in North Omaha just before 3 p.m. Saturday.
When OFD crews arrived, they found the fire was in a back room on the main floor of the home. According to a report sent Monday, the fire was put out in four minutes.
Everyone inside the home made it out before crews arrived, and no one was injured.
An investigation into the cause of the fire, which caused damage of about $12,000, has started.
