WAUSEON, Ohio — A Defiance man will serve time in jail after he pleaded guilty to two counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person in Fulton County.

According to a press release from the Fulton County Prosecutor's Office, 19-year-old Carl G. Dauwalter pleaded guilty to the charges, and was sentenced on Friday to serve 90 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.

Dauwalter will receive credit for three days served in jail, but will also be sentenced to five years of community control. The Fulton County judge also ordered Dauwalter to complete the SEARCH Program and complete any recommended treatment following an assessment for a diagnosis.
