Patricia Clarkson ( Lilly , House of Cards ) has boarded Netflix ’s Ransom Canyon Season 2 as a guest star. She will portray Quinn’s (Minka Kelly) mother Claire O’Grady.

The sophomore season of Netflix’s western series, which is based on the books by Jodi Thomas, is currently in production filming at Netflix Studios Albuquerque in New Mexico. The logline reads, “The future of Ransom Canyon hangs in the balance as ranching dynasties continue to vie for power, and new faces arrive, threatening the lives and loves of this quaint, western town.”

“We’re thrilled to be back and can’t wait to turn up the steam, the drama… and the romance that Ransom fans have grown to love,” creator, showrunner and executive producer April Blair said.
