Brooks was charged after detectives found another victim, KPD’s Scott Erland told WVLT News Monday.
The coach and teacher is accused of having inappropriate relationships with current and former students and was indicted in May on his previous charges.
Beyond that, WVLT News obtained Brooks’ personnel file, which showed Brooks had asked another employee to remove items from his classroom, like his school-issued laptop.
