Adjusting to the NFL can be difficult for rookies, but each season, a few stand out almost immediately. Here are five from Week 4:

New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart (first round)

Why did Dart (pick No. 25) sit behind QB Russell Wilson through the Giants' first three games? On Sunday, he led New York (1-3) to a 21-18 home upset over the Los Angeles Chargers (3-1).

Per CBS , Dart became the first QB over the past 20 years to win his first career start against a team 3-0 or better. The last to do so was Marc Bulger with the Los Angeles Rams, then based in St. Louis, in 2002 (via CBS Sports' John Breech).

"It was just special to get the first [win]," Dart said in his postgame news conference. "This is just the start."
