The gunman suspected of opening fire at a riverside bar in Southport, North Carolina , on Saturday has been arrested and is facing charges.
Officials identified Nigel Edge, a 40-year-old North Carolina resident, as the suspected gunman. He allegedly killed three people and injured eight others from his boat before he sped away on the water, authorities said. The U.S. Coast Guard later identified his boat as the one that matched the description from law enforcement about half an hour after the shooting occurred.
