NEEDLES — Janet Jernigan's second State of the City Address as mayor of Needles touched on the many accomplishments made in the community during the last year.

"Tonight, we've celebrated the progress we've made, but even more exciting is the road ahead," Jernigan said at the conclusion her 33-minute address before a comfortably filled meeting room at El Garces. "Together — council, staff, business and residents — we'll keep building a stronger, more vibrant city. The best is yet to come." ×
