The Ohio State University junior found dead inside the Ohio Stadium Sept. 26 has been identified as 19-year-old William E. Meyers of Fairfield, Conn.

Meyers’ cause of death has not been revealed. Ben Johnson, assistant vice president of Media and Public Relations at Ohio State, told the Columbus Jewish News no foul play is suspected and that there is no ongoing threat to the community.

“Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time,” Johnson said in an email. “Counseling and consultation services are available for students in need of support by calling 614-292-5766.”

Johnson added there is no additional information to share at this time.
