Fans looking forward to country superstar Dolly Parton ’s Las Vegas residency have been hit with unexpected news. While the 79-year-old was set to perform at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace from December 4 to 13, some undisclosed health issues have caused her to postpone.

Parton shared in a statement via social media Sunday evening that she will be undergoing “a few procedures,” though she did not clarify what they exactly were. “Given this, I am not going to be able to rehearse and put together the show that I want you to see, and the show that you deserve to see,” she wrote. Her first Las Vegas residency in over 30 years is now set to take place in September 2026, though fans are primarily concerned for her well-being.
