BLACKVILLE, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Blackville Police Department is offering a reward for information about the murder of an 18-year-old over the summer.

Rakel Howard was fatally shot early June 21 in the area of Davis Street and Oak Avenue, according to police.

Aiken County stabbing leaves 1 injured near Shiloh Heights Road

Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Shiloh Heights Road area for a stabbing.

Arriving officers found him bleeding and unresponsive after suffering a gunshot wound. First responders provided emergency medical assistance, but the victim succumbed to his injuries.
