New Delhi: As the festive season approaches, the central government has decided to add to the festive cheer of its employees. For this, the Modi government has announced a productivity-linked bonus. An order was issued by the Finance Ministry on Monday, 29 September 2025, stating that central government Group C and Non-Gazetted Group B employees will receive an “Ad-hoc Bonus” equivalent to 30 days’ salary for 2024-25. This amount has been fixed at Rs 6,908.
