The Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers played out the first tie of the 2025 NFL season on Sunday night.

An exhilarating, back-and-forth game that saw Micah Parsons return to AT&T Stadium ended 40-40, with both teams kicking a field goal in overtime.

While neither team was able to add another win to their record, the Cowboys and Packers did make history by combining for a massive 80 points -- more than any of the other 29 OT draws since the AFL- NFL merger.

The previous high was a combined 74 points in a 37-37 game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Carolina Panthers back in 2014.

But for all the excitement of a high-scoring contest, for many, Sunday night ended in unsatisfying fashion.
