MANITOWOC, Wis. (WFRV) - A criminal complaint provides new details in the Sept. 23 shooting death of a 25-year-old man at a Dewey Street apartment in Manitowoc.

According to the complaint, detectives said the victim was found near South 17th Street with multiple gunshot wounds. An autopsy determined he had been shot three times, with one round striking his liver and aorta, which was considered fatal.

Investigators interviewed a witness who said the victim had gone to the apartment of Kirk Dunn, 20, where Dunn was living with his girlfriend. The witness said he saw the victim approach the apartment door before hearing gunfire.
