Authorities have identified the woman killed in a Sunday morning shooting in Irmo as 37-year-old Rachel Branham, according to Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford.

The shooting happened around 1:15 a.m. Sunday, September 28, 2025 on Forest Walk Court, off Broad River Road. Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department said they initially found a man nearby with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was taken to a hospital for treatment and was able to direct deputies to the scene.

When deputies arrived at the home, they say they found 65-year-old Keith Bagley drinking on the porch.

Inside, investigators discovered Branham with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
