Poultney Select Board discusses ATV ordinance

POULTNEY — The Poultney Select Board heard grievances at its Sept. 22 meeting about a potential all-terrain vehicle ordinance that would more firmly police unlawful usage on town roads.

At the board’s July 29 meeting, Town Manager Paul Donaldson raised the issue of drafting an ATV ordinance in response to resident complaints, particularly about children on dirt bikes.
