Three public forums will be held in Lafayette during October, giving residents an opportunity to hear from City Council candidates ahead of the Nov. 4 election.

Ten candidates are vying for four open City Council seats. Lafayette does not have wards or districts — council members are elected at large.

The Lafayette Chamber of Commerce will host a forum from 6:30-8 p.m. Oct. 9.

The League of Women Voters of Boulder County will host a forum from 6-7:30 p.m. Oct. 13.

The Lafayette Youth Advisory Committee will host a forum from 6:30-8 p.m. Oct. 15.

All forums will take place in the City Council Chambers at Lafayette City Hall. They will also be livestreamed on the city’s website, where recordings will be available afterward.
