A man is accused of kidnapping an elderly woman from a Massachusetts restaurant and threatening her in an attempt to have her perform lewd acts on him, officials said Monday.

Michael Guerrero was arrested in Providence, Rhode Island, last week and appeared in court Monday to face charges including carjacking, kidnapping and indecent assault and battery over the Sept. 14 incident that began in Pembroke, the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office said.
