Due to ongoing health challenges, Dolly Parton has postponed her upcoming Las Vegas residency by nine months.
In a statement posted on social media, the 79-year-old country music icon told fans she needed “a few procedures” to deal with ongoing “health challenges.”
Because of these procedures, she wouldn’t have enough time to rehearse for the six shows, which were scheduled for Dec. 4-13 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
“While I’ll still be able to work on all of my projects from here in Nashville, I just need a little time to get show ready, as they say,” she wrote.
In her statement, she also announced the rescheduled dates would be in September 2026.
