Oriental Bodywork Spa was one of many businesses that were shut down after a statewide crackdown.
According to court documents, many people called police after leaving the business feeling like they were sexually assaulted. The documents also show that a high school student who was 16 years old at the time went to the business and spent $200-$400 in cash.
"This is all happening behind closed doors and in plain sight," said Alexander Kellerman, of the Department of Justice.
