UPSHUR COUNTY, Texas — The Upshur County Sheriff's Office says a missing woman, who hasn't been heard from in several months was last seen with a 38-year-old man.

Maria “Mary” Magdalena De La Cruz, 31, was last seen in northern Upshur County on May 8. Her family has not had any contact with her since that time, but they have found her car and belongings.

In an update shared Friday, the sheriff's office said she was with Octavio Munguia Soto, 38, who also goes by the name of Enrique Carbajal, in a 2013 white Nissan Sentra 4-door. The car has black striping along the bottom and a Texas plate VVV4013.
