INDIANAPOLIS — With a roof over his head and a bed to call his own, Ase's Place allows 19-year-old Naasir Crawford to focus on self-growth.

As a young child, he struggled in school. Then, at 17 years old, Crawford went to jail. Since then, he's struggled to find stability.

Until he moved into Ase's Place.

"It takes away my stress, it takes away my doubts, it takes away a lot," Crawford said.

He said the support he's received has already made a difference.

"It can help us be a better person, it can help us change, it can help us live on our own. Do these type of things. We shouldn't take it and take advantage of it and try to do the wrong things, because we're gonna be back in the same position," Crawford said.
