PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles Roughriders had their biggest win in more than a year Friday night, smothering Sequim’s explosive offense and getting four touchdowns from Dylan Mann in a 27-14 Rainshadow Rumble victory.

The Riders won by completely dominating the time of possession. They ran 72 plays to Sequim’s 40 and converted nine third and fourth downs. Six minutes into the second quarter and Sequim had only run six offensive plays.

Port Angeles also forced three turnovers from the Wolves.

Mann ran the ball 33 times for 142 yards and had a critical 27-yard catch and run late in the second half, breaking a tackle in the open field to convert a fourth down, keeping the ball away from Sequim. The Riders eventually scored a touchdown on that drive to increase their lead to a two-score m
