TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A federal judge is now deciding if the Department of Justice must let murder suspect Julio Aguirre answer to charges in Pima County Superior Court.

Aguirre was taken into federal custody just days after his arrest for the June 30 shooting death of Ricky Miller during a crime spree on Tucson’s southside. And so far, the DOJ has refused to let him face a county judge.
