The Jefferson Parish Office of Inspector General released a report outlining financial concerns for the parish, and the parish president is responding.

"Right now we have federal grant money that's been frozen because our failure to file financials," said Inspector General Kim Raines Chatelain. "This is not a problem that happened overnight. You don't miss filing financials overnight, this is a simmering brewing problem that eventually we felt the consequences of."
Chatelain outlined the need for accurate accounting.
