Pineville, La. (WNTZ) – Authorities have arrested a juvenile in connection with social media threats against Pineville High School.

Sheriff’s detectives said the juvenile was taken into custody Monday, September 29, in connection with a threat made against Pineville High School and has been booked into the Renaissance Home for Youth on a charge of terrorizing. Investigators later determined that the specific threat was non-credible, but they emphasized that the broader investigation remains active as they work to uncover additional evidence.
