GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Grandville police are asking for help finding a 60-year-old man who they say was taken from an assisted living facility by an “unauthorized family member” Monday.

Thomas Guy Lee was last seen wearing a black durag and a white shirt. He needs another person or a walker to get around, the Grandville Police Department said.

He was reported missing from an assisted living facility just after 6 p.m. Monday. Grandville police say Lee was taken by a family member who does not have permission to do so. He is believed to be in the Belknap Park area of Grand Rapids.

Lee has several medical conditions and can’t care for himself, according to police.
