Zara Larsson finds it “strange” that so many people want to pit her and Tate McRae against each other.

The two pop stars have been working side-by-side since August, when the 27-year-old Swedish singer joined Tate ‘s Miss Possessive Tour as a supporting act. With their time together on tour completed ( Alessi Rose will take over for the next leg of the tour), Zara posted a sweet tribute to the Canadian native on her Instagram.

She published several photos and video clips from her set, along with an adorable snapshot of her and Tate happily pressed cheek-to-cheek.

The “Blue Moon” singer penned a lengthy caption, thanking Tate for sharing her stage. But she also acknowledged how “strange” it has been to see people trying to pit them against each other.
