Tyreek Hill injury update: Latest news on Dolphins WR's status in Week 4 game

The Miami Dolphins have a huge injury concern with wide receiver Tyreek Hill in the Week 4 game against the New York Jets .

Hill suffered the injury in the third quarter and it did not look good for him. The star wideout caught a pass near the sideline and got his leg tangled up during the tackle.

Hill was down on the field for a bit before being carted off. Prior to his injury, Hill had six catches for 67 yards.
