While it is easy to point to the poor performance from the Bengals, Nix had not exactly had the best start to the season coming into the matchup, accounting for only five TDs and three interceptions.
On Monday night, he returned to form, going 29-of-42 for 326 yards and two TDs, in addition to one score on the ground. The only major downside of the game was an interception in the end zone from Bengals linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. with 1:58 to play in the first half.
