Michelin-starred Bristol restaurant Wilsons appears in new Apple TV series View Image

A Michelin-starred restaurant in Bristol is set to appear in a new Apple TV series. Wilsons, which is located on Chandos Road and was awarded its Michelin star in February , will feature in an eight-part series focused all around such venues and these coveted Michelin recognitions.

In a post to Instagram the team at Wilsons, which is headed up by chef Jan Ostle and his partner Mary Wilson, wrote: "Earlier this year, something quite out of the ordinary happened here at Wilsons. A film crew from Apple TV turned up in Bristol to follow us around our kitchen and regenerative market garden for their new series, 'Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars'.
