MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Between Sept. 21 and Sept. 24, several vandalism incidents were reported in the area of Oakville Park involving items being spray-painted.

An illicit image was spray-painted on a United States Postal Service mailbox at Belrose Road. It was discovered by a resident Sept. 22.

Multiple street signs were also found marred with black spray paint, as was a large decorative rock in front of a resident’s home on Mayfield Ridge Road.

No suspects were identified, but police have given special attention to the area during the overnight hours since the vandalism was discovered.
