Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell 's mental gaffe against the Los Angeles Rams cost his team a touchdown, and the second-year receiver is taking accountability for his mistake.

During Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Rams, Mitchell was seen slamming his helmet on the ground, pacing behind the team huddle and getting consoled by teammates on the sideline after turning a sure touchdown into a touchback when the ball slipped out of his hand and rolled out the back of the end zone. Mitchell addressed the team during a team meeting and Colts coach Shane Steichen had a conversation with the second-year wide out Monday, letting him know he must move past the error.
