WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) - An Indiana man who was arrested on murder charges in Warrick County has learned his sentence.
According to court records, Joshua Penick pleaded guilty to killing his ex-wife and their son and will now spend 120 years in prison.
Officials say the murders took place in October of 2024 in Greene County.
Authorities say Penick buried them in a shallow grave at Bear Run Mine and then came down to Warrick County where he was arrested.
As part of his plea agreement, multiple obstruction, battery and resisting arrest charges were dropped.
