A new update has landed for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 systems, so it’s time to check whether your console is up to date.

This time, it’s Version 20.5.0 that you’ll want to have installed.

As for what it entails, well, I’m afraid there’s nothing revolutionary or enticing on offer this time around.

Instead, the update focuses on making stability improvements; arguably the dullest type of system update you can get.

See? I told you. Nothing too exciting here but it’s still important to make sure that you have this update installed so that you don’t experience anything odd whilst gaming on your Switch or Switch 2.
